Licenses and Attributions
Last updated: May 26, 2026
This page explains the rights you hold over content you create on Arteza, the licenses that apply to the AI models and open-source software behind the platform, and how attribution works. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the inputs you upload. Subject to your plan and applicable law, you own the images, videos, audio, and other outputs you generate on Arteza and may use them for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and your use of outputs do not infringe the rights of others.
Generated outputs
AI-generated outputs are provided to you under the broadest license the underlying model providers allow. Some models restrict certain uses (for example, training competing models or generating disallowed content). Where a model imposes such restrictions, they pass through to your use of its outputs.
Third-party models
Arteza routes your requests to third-party AI models. Outputs from each model are subject to that provider's terms and acceptable-use policy. The providers we work with include, among others:
ByteDance, Google, OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, MiniMax, Kuaishou, Alibaba, and Stability AI.
Provider terms can change. Where a provider's license is more restrictive than ours, the provider's license governs the outputs of that model.
Open-source software
Arteza is built on open-source software licensed under permissive licenses such as MIT, Apache 2.0, and BSD. We comply with the attribution and notice requirements of those licenses. A list of the principal open-source components and their licenses is available on request.
Trademarks
Arteza and the Arteza logo are trademarks of Zeplik, Inc. Product names, logos, and brands of third parties shown on the platform (including model providers) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
