Seedance ("Seedance," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI creative platform operated by Zeplik, Inc., a Delaware C-Corp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seedance platform, including our website at seedance.it.com, APIs, and all related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using Seedance, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To use most features of Seedance, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Service Description

Seedance provides AI-powered creative tools for generating images, videos, audio (voiceovers, music, sound effects), and editing content. The Service uses third-party AI models from providers including Black Forest Labs, ByteDance, Google, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Kuaishou, Stability AI, and others. We act as an intermediary, providing access to these models through a unified platform.

3. Credits and Payment

Seedance operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate or edit content. Credit costs vary by model and operation.

Free Credits: New accounts receive 50 free credits upon signup.

Subscriptions: Paid subscription plans provide monthly credit allocations. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

Credit Topups: You may purchase additional credits at any time. Topup credits do not expire.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices and credit costs with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Subscription Refunds: Monthly plans may be refunded within 3 days of initial purchase if fewer than 150 credits have been used. Annual plans may be refunded within 7 days if fewer than 300 credits have been used.

Credit Topups: Credit topup purchases are non-refundable once purchased. Refunds are not provided for credits that have already been consumed, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output.

Failed Generations: Credits for failed generations are automatically refunded to your account balance.

Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or billing errors are always eligible for refund. Contact [email protected] with your account email, charge amount, date, and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with the subjective quality, style, or creative output of AI-generated content. Because AI generation is inherently variable and results depend on prompt quality, model selection, and creative interpretation, differences between expected and actual output do not constitute grounds for a refund. We encourage users to experiment with free credits and lower-cost models before committing to higher-cost generations.

5. User Content and Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain ownership of text prompts, reference images, and other content you provide to the Service.

Generated Content: Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party model licenses, you own the outputs generated through the Service. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.

License to Us: You grant Seedance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service (processing your requests, improving our systems). We do not use your generated outputs for training purposes without your explicit consent.

Content Restrictions: You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or that depicts minors inappropriately. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these restrictions and to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights; (c) create deepfakes or non-consensual representations of real people; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the AI models; (e) use automated means to access the Service beyond approved APIs; (f) share your account credentials; (g) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission; (h) circumvent rate limits, abuse the API, or interfere with the Service.

7. Third-Party AI Models

The Service relies on AI models from third-party providers. These providers may have their own terms and usage policies. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any specific model. Models may be added, removed, or modified without notice. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts, as your inputs are processed by third-party model providers.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI model availability depends on third-party providers and may change without notice. We are not liable for downtime, slowness, or unavailability of specific models.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeplik, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your generated content may be deleted after 30 days.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
