This Privacy Policy describes how Zeplik, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Seedance platform at seedance.it.com (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture (if you sign in with Google or Apple). This information is stored securely using Supabase.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. We receive and store only your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and transaction history for billing purposes. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.

User Content

When you use our AI generation services, we store the input parameters (prompts, settings, reference images) and output files associated with your account. This enables your generation history and gallery features. Generated content is stored on Cloudflare R2 (our CDN) and linked to your account.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, generation history, credit transactions, and session duration. We use PostHog for product analytics. This data helps us improve the Service and understand usage patterns.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads for marketing attribution. PostHog is used for product analytics. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
To process your credit purchases and generation requests
To maintain your generation history and gallery
To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing)
To send occasional product updates and tips (you can unsubscribe)
To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform

3. Third-Party AI Models

Your generation prompts are sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. These providers include:

fal.ai - Primary AI inference platform (processes most image, video, and audio generations)
ElevenLabs - Voice generation, sound effects, voice cloning
OpenAI - GPT Image generation, agent conversations
Anthropic - AI agent (Seed) conversations

We do not control how these providers handle your prompt data. Do not include sensitive personal information (social security numbers, financial details, medical records) in your prompts. Please review each provider's privacy policy for details on their data handling practices.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

Service Providers: With third-party services that help us operate (Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, PostHog, Resend) under data processing agreements
AI Model Providers: Your prompts are sent to model providers for processing as described above
Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order
Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Seedance, our users, or the public

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active. Generated content (images, videos, audio) is stored indefinitely unless you delete it or delete your account. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data and generated content within 30 days. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal data
Erasure: Request deletion of your account and associated data
Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data
Data Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
Objection: Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security policies in our database, secure authentication via Supabase, regular security reviews, and access controls limiting who can view user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Seedance is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
