From time to time, Arteza offers unlimited generations on a selection of models as a benefit of eligible paid plans. This policy explains how unlimited works, who it applies to, and the fair-use limits that keep it sustainable for everyone.

Unlimited is a promotional benefit, not a permanent entitlement. The models it covers, the plans it applies to, and its availability can change at any time. This policy supplements, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.

What unlimited means

When unlimited is active for you on a supported model, you can generate on that model without spending credits, subject to the fair-use limits described below. Unlimited applies only to the specific models included in the current offer; all other models continue to use credits as normal.

Eligible plans and models

Unlimited is available only on select paid plans and only for the models included in the active offer. Which plans and models are covered is shown on our pricing page while an offer is running, and may differ from one promotional period to the next. New models may be added to an offer, and models may be removed, without notice.

Promotional periods

Unlimited offers run for limited promotional periods. Each offer has an availability window, after which unlimited access for that offer ends and the affected models return to standard credit-based pricing. The current window, where applicable, is shown alongside the offer on our pricing page.

Fair use

To keep unlimited sustainable and available to everyone, a reasonable fair-use limit applies over a rolling period. This limit is intended to cover normal individual creative use and is not meant for automated, bulk, resale, or abusive usage. If you reach the limit, unlimited generation pauses for a short time and then becomes available again as the period resets; in the meantime you can continue generating using credits. We may adjust fair-use limits to protect platform stability.

One generation at a time

Unlimited applies to a single generation at a time. For image models this means one image per generation, except for models that natively produce a fixed set of images in a single run. Batch or bulk generation is not part of the unlimited benefit.

Active subscription required

Unlimited is tied to an active, qualifying subscription. If your subscription ends, lapses, or changes to a plan that is not eligible, unlimited access stops. Unlimited cannot be transferred, sold, or shared outside your account, and is intended for the account holder's own use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, the models and plans covered, the fair-use limits, and the availability of unlimited at any time. Material changes take effect when posted. Continued use of unlimited after a change means you accept the updated terms.
